Our work builds on a close connection to Pennsylvanians in every corner of the state, who tell us the problems they face. In response to their concerns, we conduct robust and credible public policy research and analysis that identifies the sources of these problems and proposes solutions to them.
We then create tools to enable Pennsylvanians, inside and outside of government, to make their voices heard, and we create public policies that serve their ideals and interests.
